Ramen is now one of the most popular Japanese food in the UK. It is a very poplar dish in Japan as well, even there are Ramen speciality restaurants all over Japan. Almost every prefectures have their own style of ramen; shoyu base soup, miso base, tonkotsu base, sio base, and then different types of noodles to go with each soup.

In the lesson, you are going to make ramen noodles from scratch and make soy sauce base soup. You are also going to learn how to make chashu(Braised pork belly) and nitamago(half boiled egg)

You will have your own made ramen for lunch.
