~Santa Claus Buns~

Sweet bun with chocolate custard filling. The biscuit paste for his beard.

~Reindeer Buns~

Savoury bun with cheese and corn filling. Other filling options are ham and tuna.

At the lesson, each of you are going to make 3 x Santa Clause buns and 3 x Reindeer buns each.

You will have some of your creation  for lunch, served with home made soup and salad.

You will take the rest home.
