<Panettone>

Panettone is an Italian sweet bread that is like a brioche-buttery and airy –with full of festive flavour. It is traditionally eaten at Christmas and New Year. The traditional panettone takes a few days to make, so that way the bread would last much longer than the other types of bread. The method that we are going to use at the lesson doesn’t take that long to make but we haven’t compromise any of its flavour.

At the lesson, you are going to make one 5inch mould panettone and take it home (Christmas wrapping included )

(As this particular bread, we will be using a stand mixer for kneading)

<Salzstangen>

Salzstangen is the popular bread for snack or light meal in Germany. There are quite a few topping options like cheese, salt with caraway seeds, sesame seeds and so on. And it will be the perfect accompaniment to German beer as you can imagine!!

At the lesson, you are going to make five of them and we will decorate them with poppy seeds and rock salt as the toppings.

Lunch will be served with one of your own baked slazstangen with home-made winter warmer soup. You will also taste panettone that I have previously baked.
